I don’t vibe code though, to the extent I actually use agents to generate code it all gets reviewed and it’s essentially exactly what I would have written myself. It’s mostly things like mechanical refactors, boilerplate generation, etc.

- slopinthebag 3mo agoNo? Vibecoders talk about how they don't look at the code, how an IDE is unnecessary, loops, etc. I use ghostty despite knowing mitchellh used AI to build it, because I know he's not vibe coding it. I don't use any Anthropic software for the exact opposite reason.
