Creativity essentially becoming a hobby for already wealthy people isn't exactly "the end of creativity", but it isn't that far from it either.
- skippyfish 3mo agoTo be fair, that's what it was for most of history: artists were bankrolled by wealthy patrons, for their own enjoyment. Artists making money by selling directly to consumers is a very recent innovation (although we all grew up in that reality and we're fond of it).
