If it's so good for the hiring company, it should be worth compensating candidates for their effort. Not sure how that works in regulatory / legal terms though.

- zeafoamrun 3mo agoI think they do compensate candidates. But as the article mentions it sucks a whole week of energy you could be applying for other jobs. It means for that week you're forgoing other opportunities.
