Most interesting to me is the quote regarding Anthropic "Albanese will also respond to Anthropic's earlier claims that its investment in AI development and infrastructure will depend on copyright policy certainty, arguing that the right guardrails will attract business." Did you guys know that you can't legally run a search engine here in Australia (Let alone train and AI). We don't have a broad "fair use" provisions. Only a few select exceptions for study, journalism etc.
