- dmix 3mo agoMicrosoft pretends they do this with Azure where they'll let you signup with a credit card but anyone who has used Azure knows that the web admin is absolutely terrible and almost always requires speaking to a disinterested human to set it up properly. I'm skeptical Oracle fits into the wider SaaS business category vs enterprise sales.
