I know people honestly working to make government taxation efficient to help people, but they then take those profits and buy 3-4 houses in lower income communities and rent them out at exorbitant rates once renovated. None of this would be an issues except regulation prevents affordable and non market housing.
- Paradigm2020 3mo agoIt's always easy to find the ones who do 'bad" but I'm sure you can find the others as well. And well "be the change you want to see" is a good one
