- cucumber3732842 3mo agoOf course the civil enforcers aren't shooting people. That's the cop's job. The civil enforcers are basically threatening to send the cops after you. How many people get shot by cops because something civil escalated into a bench warrant? Walter Scott's child support comes to mind.
