I believe in a "reasonable expectation of privacy" standard. A drone could hover outside my window watching me, but I don't think that would make people feel comfortable.
- bobthebob 3mo agoIn a wiretap scenario, yes that would be uncomforting and worrisome. But these drones are used to chase active criminals. Unless you committed a crime and ran back to your apartment, I think you’d be fine
