uhhh by "access" you actually mean "pay for and provide for free to others." Everyone already has access to vaccines. Flu vaccines are aggressively marketed.

- drivebyacct2 14y agoIt is extremely common to use the word "access" to mean "have the economic means of acquiring" when talking about sociological issues or healthcare. I have "access" to a new Porsche. That doesn't really mean anything useful at all.
