Largest housing affordability bill in decades becomes law
- b3ing 3mo agoThe limit is 350 houses for investors which is too much. Couldn’t someone just create another llc and get another 350? The biggest lobbying group in the US for years has been the real estate industry, I’m sure this met their requirements to not step on their toes. A few fixes are better than nothing
