Moving to California is better than killing yourself most of the time.
- teaearlgraycold 3mo agoClearly something else was going on. No mentally healthy person would kill themself because of this.
- asib 3mo agoYou are clearly incapable of putting yourself in the shoes of someone who is being told they cannot pursue their vocation for half a decade.
- teaearlgraycold 3mo agoCannot pursue your vocation in certain jurisdictions. And there are plenty of adjacent fields I suspect wouldn't be covered by the NC - like education.

- teaearlgraycold 3mo agoWell yes of course the non compete is a problem.
- palmotea 3mo ago> Cannot pursue your vocation in certain jurisdictions. And there are plenty of adjacent fields I suspect wouldn't be covered by the NC - like education. I doubt the PE firm informed him of that, and I'd bet they made their NC seem bulletproof when they talked to him.
- em-bee 3mo agowell yes, they lost their livelyhood, and they may loose their home, their family and who knows what else.
