- generj 3mo agoMore importantly Apple can effectively bring up the shadow of this lawsuit whenever OpenAi tries to acquire money. They can make legal fillings and calls to Bloomberg to keep the story going as long as they want to and suck some oxygen out of any IPO ramp up.
