Pretty much every ancient religion/group has a "biblical" flood story. Even those from different continents. Haven't you seen Ancient Aliens?
- ivell 3mo agoIt could be just that almost all ancient civilizations were near water bodies that could flood. Any big flood would seem apocalyptic for the population size of the time.
- dylan604 3mo agoThe how/why of the flood is irrelevant. The fact that they all have them makes it not special/unique in the way that religion makes it out to be.
