  The capabilities were launched months ago. This is just retiring the ChatGPT app and replacing it with Codex for the masses edit reply because rate-limited: They were exposed via the Codex desktop app and controllable via the iOS app.

    The capabilities are useless if you don't expose them, and a cli or api doesn't. You'll mention their marketing page keeps talking about finance, sales, management etc...
