How does it compare to AllTrails in America?

  Unless I’m mistaken they both ultimately use OpenStreetMap data. So, effectively the same coverage of trails. AllTrails has its whole review system sitting on top of course.

    This is correct. Tools might however display them slightly different, have different update schedules or make different cartographic choices (e.g. not showing node networks or something)
