What really helped me get productive is having to write a lot of user stories and acceptance criteria with the wisdom of being a dev tasked with implementing them. Also, being on the refinement calls, answering questions, and updating requirements/AC is good feedback for authoring better requirements. If you're good at authoring requirements, checking output, and communicating corrections concisely then you can get the LLMs to sing.
