Where do I sign up for the plan administrator which lets me invest the funds in private stock? If this is only available for the rich and powerful, what is stopping it from being democratized?
- anamax 4mo agogoogle "checkbook ira" - there are dozens of providers (including one at "checkbookira.com") for ordinary folk. That said, private company stock is typically limited to accredited investors or insiders. (That's law to "protect the little guy.")
