- diego_moita 4mo agoIt is more than that. It is about the state of mind. Feeling safe is precious, with cascading effects on personal health, community cohesion, civic participation, etc. Remember the Maslow Pyramid of needs, where safety is the most basic one? Well, this is part of it.
