As well as laws that make forced arbitration contracts unenforceable.
- 59percentmore 3mo agoI used to think so, too, but the Steam/Valve stuff from the past few years has opened my eyes to the usefulness of arbitration as a leveler (specifically, the parts of agreements that force big companies to pay all of the costs and fees). But definitely outlaw small clause carve-outs.
