The word "Loser" might be a bit off putting, but if you can get past that, the approach the author of the article describes is a good way of getting to the core of the person you're interviewing.
- TillE 14y agoNot really the core of the person, it's more like the FizzBuzz to verify that they have some kind of basic personality and the ability to talk about things. That's fine, but hardly groundbreaking. I haven't done many job interviews in my life, but the kind of questions he suggests seem common enough.
