It’s pretty much the norm in all industries.
- moffkalast 3mo agoLess so in those that actually have any barrier for entry, you do need an actual degree to be an engineer, an MD to be a doctor, a forklift cert to operate them in a warehouse, while anyone without any certification can write software.
