The horror that was aluminium engine. You could open and close a screw only twice and goodbye threads.
- derefr 3mo agoThe trade-off being (I'm guessing) that those threads would be pretty easy to re-tap by hand?

- convolvatron 3mo agoor go up a diameter if that's feasible.
