You really don't get an opinion if you are living comfortably from the boom times. People can't afford housing and can't even get jobs that will remotely make it so they can afford housing. Get out of here unless you have real solutions to those issues.
- Schlagbohrer 4mo agoYeah the perspective of a 53 year old with a paid off home that he bought when he was really young, and two grown children, is much different than the huge number of americans who are crushed under the rent trap and unable to see any path toward home ownership.
