One of the more common reasons I've seen cited for people voting for Trump is that they blamed Biden for high egg prices. Giving people a scapegoat is always effective.

- krapp 4mo agoIt only seems to be effective in one direction. Trump shrugs off controversies that would have ended the careers of other politicians (which unlike the price of eggs, he's often actually responsible for.) Meanwhile Biden being the reason eggs were expensive stuck so hard it became a meme.
