If the industry is currently so favourable to the landlord, then why would they need to alter images in the first place?
- ssl-3 4mo agoBecause it's all about revenue, and falsehoods help justify even higher prices.
- breezybottom 4mo agoNo one said they "need" to. But there is more generally more than one landlord in a market, and they might feel pressured to keep up with their competitors' use of AI.
