- DivingForGold 3mo agoHmmm. Well, I experienced "the stench" of typical Russian life in 1994 entering the apartment of my fiancee, and attempting to use the bathroom. They always kept the door shut, because the stench was unbearable. I learned this was common in Russia, guess they did not have access to bleach and the willpower too use it often.
