- ceejayoz 4mo ago… but he can fire the FTC Commissioner, on entirely opposite logic on the same question (and authored by the same justice, even); sorry, that wouldn't fit in the headline. Basically, the actual rule is "don't fuck with SCOTUS's retirement accounts".
