- sarchertech 4mo agoNYC is safer than many cities for sure. But there are approximately zero meth heads shitting in the streets in small towns in the US. I have never once seen a person shitting in the streets in a small town. I saw it within 24 hours of visiting Portland. I’ve never seen that in NYC either to be clear.
