- tliltocatl 4mo agoExcept NK isn't a hereditary monarchy. One might say "so what, they still have a dictatorial rule by a single family", but it is an important difference: the leader post inheritance isn't governed by a clear set of rules so familial illegitimacy is just irrelevant for politics.
