GitHub's new "search bar" sucks
About a day ago, Github rolled out a very frustrating change to the search bar. You can find discussions detailing the change here:

The search bar has become a very frustrating exercise of retyping queries that originally were just a quick edit. I'm at the point where I need to create all of my queries in a text document beforehand.
