Having worked in customer service I can tell you that sometimes you have to draw a line where boundaries are not very discrete. Customers can tell me that "their connection is too slow". The only proof I can give them is "it passes the speed test". This usually happens when the money paid for the service exceeds the service provided. Although, what I have said is a general reply to general comment above, but i think this does not apply to apple here because they certainly charge enough.
