If this happened to me, small claims court.
- DannyBee 14y agoSmall claims court requires you to be physically present in almost all states. You also have to sue in the state they reside, not where you reside (there are a few exceptions, none of which are remotely applicable here) He may be able to pull off filing remotely with a few friends, but at some point he's going to have to fly/drive to ohio and show up, have a place to stay, etc.
