Do you think that having an equal right to live as any other being must be true in all scenarios, in all cases, and all experiences? i.e. if a tree has that right to equal life, its true all the time through every possibility space of its existence? (same for humans) Or can it be conditionally true in some cases, in some living experiences, and not others?
