Seems to me Carmack's saying that Romero had a better grasp of visuals than Sandy Petersen, and that Petersen was needlessly disparaged for this.
- kranke155 4mo agoThe thing is they seem to have taken Romero as a template vs an exceptional individual that might have required two people to duplicate in output (which is common).
