- bflesch 3mo agoThanks, never thought about that. Definitely makes sense for situations where you don't have 24/7 requirement for a service. These stupid SLAs in the SaaS contracts should be reframed like this: 99.9% during working hours, not 99.9% overall. Would also give the SaaS vendor leeway to only guarantee 90% availability outside working hours, and then do their maintenance tasks in those windows.
