Ask HN: Does in your workplace employee engagement / recognition is important?
Hi HN community,
based on daily information about another round of layoffs I am curios if employee engagement and employee recognition promgrams, employee recognition apps like Kudos, Bonsuly, Flaree, are still present? Is it important in your workplace?

- toomuchtodo 3mo agoIt’s to try to increase tenure and productivity without improving working conditions, tangible benefits, or pay.

- mmarian 4mo agoHR doesn't care, leaders somewhat care. But to me, this would be important if it directly led to a pay rise or a promotion, and it doesn't.
