- fc417fc802 4mo agoHuh. Any idea if it's individual fines or total fines that are capped? It never occurred to me before. Anyway this is all purely academic. 99% of violations aren't going to increase profit by more than the maximum fine (or even anywhere remotely near that) thus it seems to me that the law has sufficiently broad coverage for addressing a behavior that does not directly result in physical injury.
