Taking an article about ai models to a place of racist white oppression should make you evaluate how you see the world.
- nailer 4mo agoThe comment you are replying to is specially about how I would like to avoid racism. Perhaps you should read it again and take your own advice?

- Petersipoi 4mo agoIf the claim is true that Claude values white people less than other races, then yes. Any other softball questions?
- jplusequalt 4mo agoClaude doesn't value anything, because it doesn't have a value system. It's a god damn ball of linear algebra. Stop anthropomorphizing it.

- CyberDildonics 4mo agoHow do these mechanics work where you are being oppressed by a language model? Have you thought about not using it?
- nailer 4mo ago> How do these mechanics work where you are being oppressed by a language model? A robot is sprinting towards us (see the title of this page), and the robot treats the value of human life differently based on race (see the thread you're commenting in).

- CyberDildonics 4mo agoHow many times have you been passed over by claude for healing of your terminal illness?
- davidw 4mo agoUnsurprisingly, the blog they're quoting is just straight up white nationalist trash: "Cut off nonwhite immigration, meaning dropping it by at least 90%, similar to the Quotas Acts, with the top priorities being Mexico, India, and the rest of Latin America and the Caribbean. Ideally, you would increase white immigration too, because even in the absence of further immigration the white (meaning American) population will be a minority in a few decades, and it’s very difficult for a minority to assimilate others."
- nailer 4mo agoNone, because Claude is not yet widely deployed in such a scenario. You know that, so please stop wasting both our time by asking about it.
- CyberDildonics 4mo agoI see. Do you have feelings of white oppression from other technology like blue tooth speakers or remote controls?
- nailer 4mo agoMy feelings aren't the issue. You don't seem to have read the study you're replying to so I'm going to bow out before Dan accuses me of feeding the trolls.
