  Starship isn't a proven manned transport vessel yet. And Boom was founded in 2014. If I was to hazard a guess, the BFS concept is 2035 at the earliest, most likely 2040 -- and it'll be at a much smaller scale than previously advertised.

    Do you have any information to base that 2035/2040 prediction on? is there any information to base a negative prediction on?
