  Tough to do this when the rest of the company is using LLMs to generate 3x the number of apps and then your performance goes down because you're not delivering as quickly as others

      See the metric right now is how much AI is used and what are the deliverables While I agree that their apps will be bad as they're purely vibe coded. But metrics are metrics aren't they?

    It's not tough if you do your job and your management has no issues with you. What others are doing doesn't affect your performance.

        It absolutely does. Our productivity is compared with our peers If others are delivering 15 apps per week and if we choose to not use AI at all, then our performance is down
