- comboy 4mo agoIf you think that your phone number is equivalent to your home address then yes.
- dotancohen 4mo agoFor the singular purpose of "I need to transfer a message to this person and I don't care what the latency is", then sure. That's how my bank treats them.
- bellowsgulch 4mo agoBullshit, someone has to be an authority, even if it's p2p, then every connection is an authority.
