For me personally I tried to keep this PRs without too many files at once plus we use skills to create a workflow. For example when dev is trying to push something for review we ask them to: run /simplify skill from claude, then do /code-review on ultra effort, address any issues it finds and then ask for review. After that we review it manually if there is anything suspicious, we test it in UI...
