- inigyou 4mo agoTariffs were mostly refunded to tariff collection agencies i.e. not to people who actually paid them, and powerful people got yet another windfall

They will be refunded. If you paid more because of tariffs, you didn’t pay the tariff. You got politically fucked. That is a problem for the elected branches, not the courts. Also, what kind of bullshit goal-post move is this? The courts worked. The deed was undone. Those tariffs no longer exist.
