I don't mean to put this report down -- it's a good thing to monitor and report on. I'm glad someone is paying attention. And how are the parents/adults doing? It's just that the obvious first place to look every time some statistic like this comes out is the parents/teachers/adults. I'd put money on 'Reading for pleasure: all-time low'.
