- tayo42 4mo agoOh, I'm on the job market, unemployed and probably wont apply becasue of the contract. That's probably your reason for not getting the quality of candidate you're hoping for. that hourly range goes pretty low and doesn't give confidence that a potential employee won't get low balled
- james_marks 4mo agoThanks for the tip! Ironically it’s the opposite in this case; where we’re willing to exceed the upper bound for the right person. Your point about the good people self-selecting out makes sense.
- _tgxm 4mo agoJust a minor suggestion if applicable: My site didn't pick up your listing - Corvi has a direct integration with Ashby. I recommend enabling all of job boards in integrations to get your posting to job search engines beyond popular ones.
