I've been using TypeMatrix (dvorak layout) for about two months now. It really is awesome. I had severe hand pain but now I've managed to bring it down to tolerable levels and I believe that the TypeMatrix played a huge role in this improvement. Can't touch type yet (I still look at the keyboard constantly) though :/ I'll have to invest some time into re-learning how to type I guess.
