Your idea is dumb. The world fertility rate is barely above replacement and dropping (https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SP.DYN.TFRT.IN https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SP.DYN.TFRT.IN). Do the math, it doesn't work.
