- zeristor 4mo agoNo mention of use of the Harrier in the Falklands War… Strangely I worked on plasma gun coatings on the fan blades for my pre-university engineering placement.
- robthebrew 4mo agoOld guy meets older guy. Unless this coating was added way after the original Harriers were created.
- robthebrew 4mo agoThe UK invented this in the 1960s. The USA licensed the design for first use in 1971.
- dlcarrier 4mo agoNot that either the Harrier or F-35B are particularly useful, when configured for vertical takeoff.
