  The prediction confused reading scans with practicing radiology. And the same will likely apply to most jobs with legal liability requirements --- doctors, lawyers, engineers, accountant, etc.. Some *person* is legally required to assume liability for the results. This doesn't apply to software development due to the lack of legal requirements for the job.
