Cannot Upvote
Odd, clicking on upvote on the index page, refresh, then the vote is not counted and the upvote button reappears. Flagging works as expected. Just me?
- LocalExt 5mo agoFor me it's working.
- jjgreen 5mo agoJust upvoted your comment, refresh page and the upvote button reappears :-|
- davydm 5mo agoand I just upvoted a comment, refreshed, and it's still upvoted - perhaps check your network stack in your browser? Sounds like something isn't getting through and the UI is unaware.
- jjgreen 5mo agoI had js disabled on HN (and it's been that way forever), enabling it restores upvote functionality. Must have been some js-ification of that part of the site's code; problem solved, many thanks.
- jjgreen 5mo ago@dang, just in case this in not as intended
